Hello there 🙂

After teaching flute for 19 years, I took a few years break to raise and homeschool my child, and record more music.

I’m a flute teacher / writer / all-round creative who’s recently moved to Hastings.

Right now I have some availability during school hours, and a little bit after school hours.

I’m very accepting and understanding of neurodivergent humans, LGBTQIA+ families, and homeschooled kids. I’ve taught a wide variety of students from 6 years old to 60+, both learning for fun and for AMEB exams. My style is fairly relaxed and student-led.

Flute lessons are in my Hastings home, or online, and are usually 30 minutes. When in Hastings, parents are welcome to stay either in my small music studio, in the lounge room, or can entertain younger siblings at the nearby park.
